Verification Repository Message in error state due to GTIN missing from GCP list provided to SAP.

SAP Traceability Hub - Verification Repository

A Verification Repository message is in Error State because the message contains one or more GTINs that are based on a GCP not in the list of GCPs provided by customer to SAP, and therefore are not configured in the Verification Repository.

• Provide the missing GCP to SAP.
• Retrigger the message.

If you have a new GTIN, contact your SAP team to add the GTIN to the GCP list. Once the team confirms, you can retrigger the message. If you have questions, open a ticket @ http://support.sap.com
