SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI and later, you cannot login
to Infoview from a client computer using Windows AD
authentication. The user that is mapped in uses the correct
username and password. The Active Directory (AD) server is running
as a VMware image. The following error message appears:
"Account information not recognized: Active Directory
Authentication failed to log you on".
