While configuring the Java Active Directory, users cannot log into InfoView, and the following error message appears:
"Account Information Not Recognized: Active DirectoryAuthentication failed to log you on. Please contact your systemadministrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped groupand try again".
In the Apache Tomcat server stdout logs, the following dataappears:
"principal is user@domain.com
[Krb5LoginModule] authentication failed
Clock skew too great (37)".
