Symptom

  • Empty Parameter List of Values.
  • After migrating, or promoting reports from one server to another one, the parameter list of values is blank, or prompts for the database credentials in Crystal Reports.
  • When viewing migrated reports in SAP BI LaunchPad, the parameter list of values is empty, or it prompts for the database user name and password, despite the report database user name and password is set on the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform.
