1182362 - Error: "BOMGR0220 returned by function Get list of OLAP Security Prompt" when you try to open or refresh a full-client BusinessObjects document in WebIntelligence version 6.1a with HotFix 55 installed.

Symptom

You setup WebIntelligence version 6.1a (Enterprise 6.1a) as a service, and then you install HotFix 55 just after. You then try to open or refresh a full-client BusinessObjects document in WebIntelligence and you receive error "BOMGR0220 returned by function Get list of OLAP Security Prompt".

Note: If you install Enterprise 6.1a and install HotFix 55 before you run the Configuration Tool to configure the server to start as a service, then you will not experience this issue.
