1182642 - Error: "Account Information Not Recognized: The initcofig.file doesn't exist, please contact administrator." with EPM in a distributed environment

Symptom

You have followed the Performance Management (PM) deployment guide in chapter 2 for configuring EPM in a distributed environment, with the application server on one node and PM servers on another node. And after doing so, when you log on to InfoView, the following error message appears:

"Account Information Not Recognized: The initcofig.file doesn't exist, please contact administrator."
