1183611 - Cannot change System name or log on to InfoView after applying Service Pack 2


In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, Service Pack 2 has just been installed. When attempting to log on to InfoView, the System name is unavailable.

Logging on is not possible even when using the administrator account.
