1184112 - New APS will not start when joining an existing APS Cluster in Crystal Enterprise 9

Two new Crystal Enterprise (CE) 9 Servers have been installed and running without problem on their own. But when joining the second APS server with the first APS Server to create a clustered CE 9 environment, the second APS will not start, the APS log file shows the following error:

"trace message: ISubsystem::Error: Time delta between this APS and XXXXXXXXXX is 323111 ms. This APS will not startup Log: level=0 cat=14 msg=35101 p=The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: This APS will not startup because the current time on this computer and the current time on the computer of the APS called "XXXXXXXXXX" is different by more than 5 minutes.)"
