1184244 - Scheduler shows sucess but the metric does not refresh

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Dashboard Manager you have a scheduled metric refresh. It shows "Success" in history. However, you go to the actual metric and check on the date and it does not show the date/time stamp of the successful schedule.
