SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1184388 - Error: "Internal error Generic Exception (BOMGR0110)" or "IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0"

Symptom

A Full Client document returns "Internal error Generic Exception(BOMGR0110)" in WebIntelligence, and "IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0" in Broadcast Agent. The 'BOlight' process stops responding at the same time.

The BOMGR.log reports the following:

"corba exception details: IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0" followed by:

- in WebIntelligence: "CORBA exception to the client! [ WebICorbaInterface_bomgr.cpp (2039) ]" or "WebICorbaInterface_bomgr.cpp (1844) ]"

- in Broadcast Agent: "BO Manager returns a CORBA exception to the client! [ DASCorbaInterface_bomgr.cpp (909) ]"
