Symptom

  • You try to view a full-client BusinessObjects report in WebIntelligence and you receive the following error: "System error COM error during call to BusinessObjects server process. (Error: BOMGR 0070) (returned by function Get HTML element) )"
  •  You try change tabs in a Webintelligence report and you receive the following error: "Server Exception (returned by function get html document)"
