1184687 - Error: "DMA0007" or "WIS30270" when refreshing Desktop Intelligence or Web Intelligence reports in InfoView

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 using Oracle andrunning on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, when attempting to refresh aDesktop Intelligence or Web Intelligence report in InfoView, one ofthe following error messages appear:

"DMA0007" for Desktop Intelligence

-OR-

"WIS30270" for Web Intelligence.

When a connection is attempted for Performance Management, thefollowing error message appears:

"The server is not responding
Error message: Invalid native charset: UTF8".
