The Teradata ODBC DSN has been correctly configured, and the ODBC connection is successfully verified. But when you try to create a Web Intelligence report against a Teradata data source, the following error message appears:
"An internal error occurred while calling the 'processDPCommnds'API. (Error:WIS 30270)".
For a Desktop Intelligence report, the error message is:
"The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed: Query 1 with universeA (DMA0007)Error: INF)"
