Symptom

  • The Data Integrator service and Data Integrator Web service are started successfully, but when trying to log into the Administrator, the following error is received:
    • "Page not found: Error 404".
  • Also, the following folders or associated files do not exist in the path "<%LINK_DIR%>\ext\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\webapps":
    • acta_metadata_reports
    • acta_web_admin
