The Central Management Server (CMS) database resides on a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. After the database experiences an unscheduled outage (crashes) and is restarted, the Central Management Server (CMS) will not start. A review of event logs on the database server, or CMS trace logs show the following error message:
