SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
You are unable to export Crystal Reports data when logged in
to Enterprise as a non-administrator. When attempting to do
so, the following error messahe appears:
"An error occurred at the server: your request was refused
because you do not have the right 'Export the report's data' on
report 'abc.rpt'..."
