SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Performance Management XI, when attempting tolog on, the following error message appears:
"Initialization parameters in initialization configurationproperties file are invalid or mismatched, please contact yoursystem administrator. AA2209
"An error occurred at the server: Enterprise authenticationcould not log you on. Please make sure your logon information iscorrect".
All servers are restarted in the Central Configuration Manager.When attempting to log on to Performance Management again, theerror message reappears.
