SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Performance Management XI, when attempting to log on, the following error message appears:
"Initialization parameters in initialization configuration properties file are invalid or mismatched, please contact your system administrator. AA2209
"An error occurred at the server: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct".
All servers are restarted in the Central Configuration Manager. When attempting to log on to Performance Management again, the error message reappears.
