Symptom

  • Click the Login button to InfoView.
  • Error: "HTTP Status 503 - The requested service () is not currently available Apache Tomcat/4.1.30".L
  • Log on to the Administration Console.
  • Error: "You do not have the rights to access the system. (Error: ADC 00020)".

Environment:

  • WebIntelligence 6.x
  • IBM DB2 Client middleware
