1188513 - Error: "The requested resource (/jsfadmin/faces/adminPages/AdminFrameset.jsp) is not available." when clicking Central Management Console links

Symptom

When clicking some Central Management Console (CMC) links in BusinessObjects Enterprise such as 'Personal Categories', 'Universe Connections', 'Universes', and 'Logoff', the following Tomcat error message appears:

"HTTP Status 404 - /jsfadmin/faces/adminPages/AdminFrameset.jsp
