1196285 - Dynamic Cascading Prompts do not capture all levels of cascaded prompt values in the SQL

Symptom

When using Dynamic Cascading Prompts (DCP), after drilling-down on a value, when you look at the SQL generated, you only see the value drilled-down on and not the higher level values. This could cause incorrect data retrieval.

For example:

Assume you have a DCP that includes Couontry, Region and City (see Note 1220281). If you drill-down and choose 'USA' for Country, 'Alabama' for Region, then 'Birmingham' for City, when you look at the SQL statement only 'Birmingham' appears in the WHERE clause. If there is a Birmingham in another Country (such as the UK) or Region, the returned data could be incorrect.
