Crystal Reports XI stops working after installing Service Pack (SP) 1 for Windows 2003 Server on a Citrix computer.

The issue occurs because Windows 2003 Server SP1 was not properly installed and the Data Excecution Prevention (DEP) option is not available.

1. Uninstall SP1 for Windows 2003 Server and reinstall it properly so that the DEP option is activated.

2. Choose custom and check mark Crystal Reports.
