1196404 - When ever the instances of a report are retrieved, using Import from the repository >> Select the table (once refreshed and scheduled in Infoview)>>> retrieve instances >>> the instance is retrieved.

ENVIRONMENT:

BOXIR2 with SP1, not specific to Operating system.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

Create a report based on any of the available universes.
Save the report and export it to the repository.
Open the report in Infoview and schedule the report.
Instance of the report are created.
Schedule the report once again and the instance is created once again.
Close the report.
Now Open Desktop Intelligence and Import the report from the repository.
Select the report and click on "Retrieve Instances".
The instance is retrieved but is deleted from the repository.
Check into the Infoview and we find that the total numbers of instances are equal to zero.
