During a silent install of Crystal Reports XI Release 3
an error message appears:
"The library MITMIN30.DLL could not be found"
Cause
The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00802058.
The value for CLIENTLANGUAGE is case sensitive. Upper case
must be used.
Resolution
Change the value for CLIENTLANGUAGE to upper case. For example, use
"EN" for english rather than "en".
