A Crystal report is created with a bar chart. The bar chart has its series riser formatted with a pattern. When exporting the report to Microsoft Excel from the Crystal Reports Designer, the chart appears identical in Excel. However, when publishing the report to the repository in a UNIX environment and exporting it to Excel from InfoView, the chart background is lost.
If viewed using the ActiveX viewer, the color behind the pattern is lost as well.
