Symptom

Users can logon successfully in InfoView, but when they try to view any Crystal reports (on-demand or prescheduled instances), the following error message appears:

"Error in File C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Data\<servername>.pageserver\<servername>.pageserver\child.1\temp\procReportTemp\mgrTemp\<encrypted filename>.rpt: Access to report file denied. Another program may be using it."
