1196843 - SAP toolbar does not show up in Crystal Reports when using SAP Frontend BEx 7.x

Symptom

The SAP toolbar does not show up in Crystal Reports when using SAP Frontend BEx 7.x.

Cause

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00915365. SAP Frontend BEx 7.x is not supported by Crystal Reports SAP toolbar. SAP Frontend BEx 7.x is not installing four key ActiveX controls that we depend on for the SAP Toolbar, unlike BEx 3.x.

Resolution

To work around this issue install BW Addons 3.x (BEx Tools 3.x) when installing the SAP Frontend BEx 7.x and above.
