Symptom

Printer may select incorrect print tray in .NET application using the PrintReportOptionsClass.Bin property or Java application using PrintReportOptions.setMediaTray method.

Cause

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00899529. Both the .NET PrintControl and Java PrintControl do not have code for the specific individual tray, the problem is either in the Printer itself or the Microsoft printing code.

Resolution

There is no file update to fix this issue.
