1197239 - The 'reportServerControl.getParameterFields' function returns only one parameter when it should return two

The 'reportServerControl.getParameterFields' function returns only one parameter (the non-stored process parameter) when it should return two.

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00595259.

It affects the following:

• BusinessObjects Enterprise XI
• Crystal Reports XI.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this problem is resolved.

Known limitations: Note that the function ReportServerControl.getParameterFields() returns the number of parameters that are missing current values. The number returned may not always match the number of parameters defined in the report.

Unless indicated otherwise, Critical Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
