In Infoview, when using the Interactive viewer to view an
existing report, a user cannot drag and drop objects from the
left-hand objects pane in Web Intelligence, even when the
"Interactive: Reporting - Insert report, table, chart and cell"
right is enabled. A user may be able to drag and drop in
edit mode, but you may not want your users to be able to
edit the item in the repository directly.
