In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) applied, the Web Intelligence applet either does not initialize or cannot be accessed after installing the Service Pack 2 (SP2) upgrade.
When using a standalone Web Component Adapter (WCA) on Internet Information Services (IIS), users will either see a red cross when attempting to edit or create a Web Intelligence Report or an empty progress bar.
The error message "Applet Java_Report_Panel notinited" appears in the bottom left of the Internet Explorer status bar .
