1197500 - Error: "Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on..." when logging onto Java InfoView using Tomcat.

Symptom

While logging on using Active Directory (AD) authentication to Java InfoView, users receive the following generic error message:

"Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again"

In Tomcat's stdout.log, there are entries with the following error message:

"Cannot create LoginContext. Unable to locate a login configuration"
