SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
While logging on
using Active Directory (AD) authentication to Java InfoView,
users receive the following generic error message:
"Account
Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed
to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make
sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again"
In Tomcat's
stdout.log, there are entries with the following error
message:
"Cannot create
LoginContext. Unable to locate a login configuration"
