1197607 - Error: "Cannot access the repository USR0013" when attempting to log in to Designer Application and Desktop Intelligence Application from any client computer

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, when attempting to log in to Designer Application and Desktop Intelligence Application from any client computer, the following error message appears:

  • "Cannot access the repository USR0013". 
  • After clicking Details tab, the following error message appears: "[repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed (Transport error: Communication failure.(hr=#0x80042a01)".
  • However can successfully access the Designer Application from the server
