1197613 - Problem in ODBC MySQL driver.

Symptom

In Crystal Reports XI, you are experiencing problems with the ODBC MySQL driver. The problems manifest themselves in one or more of the following ways:

Various unexpected behaviors
Erroneous data fetching
Unexpected error messages.

Cause

Crystal Reports only supports the SQL ODBC driver version 03.51.11 and 03.51.12 for My SQL.

Resolution

To resolve these behaviors, install MySQL 3.51.11 or 3.51.12 ODBC driver from the link given below.
