1197663 - In a clustered environment Central Management Console and Central Configuration Manager show different status for the servers.

Symptom

In a clustered environment, the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Central Management Console (CMC) shows the status for all the servers for a node is being shown as down even though they are up and running according to the Central Configuration Manager (CCM). Renaming and/or restarting the problematic servers does not resolve this behavior.
