SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Designer version 6.5, a universe is created using a Microsoft Excel file. The ODBC connection is created, and the spreadsheet is brought in to the universe as a table. However, when clicking Data > View and attempting to run a report, the following error message appears:
"[Microsoft][Excel ODBC Driver] Syntax error in FROM clause".
