1197782 - Error: "Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on." trying to log on to InfoView using Java Active Directory authentication

When trying to log on to InfoView using Java Active Directory (AD) authentication you receive an error message:

 

"Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again."

 

The Tomcat stdout logs reveal the following error message:

 

"principal is taz@WINAUTHTZ.COM[Krb5LoginModule] authentication failed Pre-authentication information was invalid (24)0 [http-8080-Processor24] ERROR com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.authentication.ldap.internal.SecWinADAuthentication  - Authentication failed. Pre-authentication information was invalid (24)"
