1197851 - Error: "Insufficient key" when viewing a Crystal report on a Windows 64-bit Vista computer

Symptom

When attempting to load or /view the report on a Windows 64-bit Vista computer, the following error message appears:

"Insufficient key".

Cause

This error message appears when incorrect MSM or 32-bit Crystal runtime files are used for distributing Crystal Runtime files to a Windows 64-bit Vista machine.

Resolution

For distributing Crystal Runtime files to a Windows 64-bit Vista machine, a separate merge modules (Crystal runtime files) is available for 64-bit machines.
