Symptom

When attempting to access the Central Management Console (CMC) using a URL such as the following:

http://bopmsp2emb:8080/businessobjects/enterprise115/admin/en/admin.cwr ?action=logon

the following error message appears:

"Error Message:
Stack Trace:
com.businessobjects.enterprise.wca.impl.WCAException$PluginException: Value not found
at com.businessobjects.enterprise.wca.impl.internal.WebComponent.process(Native Method)..."
