When a user is viewing a report with the Java Reporting Component (JRC), the application creates .ssd and .tmp files in their temp folder or in the application server's temp folder.

How do you specify the temporary directory location to store the .ssd and .tmp files that are generated?

The JRC application creates these temporary files when rendering the reports. The JRC uses the System property of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) to determine the location of the temp directory.

You can change the location by using the following property:
