1198620 - Error: "You do not have the right to access data returned by this universe. See your Business Objects administrator. (WIS 00504)(Error INF)"

Symptom

A Web Intelligence document is created in Business Objects Enterprise XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 with a parameter prompt. A user has been granted Schedule rights for the folder and the document. When scheduling this report through the InfoView, in the schedule page, expand the parameter and click the Refresh button to refresh the parameter value list and the following error message appears:

"You do not have the right to access data returned by this universe. See your Business Objects administrator. (WIS 00504)(Error INF)"
