The Crystal Reports Viewer XI Setup dialog box disappears after clicking the Next button and the installation terminates.
Cause
The behavior occurs because there is a previous version of Crystal Reports Designer (version 10) installed on the same computer.
Resolution
Remove any older versions of Crystal Reports Designer prior to
installing the Crystal Reports Viewer XI.
