Symptom

  • Running a Windows application in VS.NET 2005
  • Crystal Report XI R2 Service Pack 2
  • Clicking any page navigation buttons (next page, previous page, last page, etc.)
  • Memory is consumed and never returned
  • Eventually results in OutOfMemory exception.

This issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00820428.

Resolution

This has been resolved in Fix Pack 2.5 For Crystal Reports XI Release 2.
