Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI, when attempting to log on to the Central Management Console (CMC) in .NET, the following error message appears:

"HTTP 404: page cannot be found.
URL: http://<host_name>:/businessobjects/enterprise115/admin/en/admin.cwr"

or

"HTTP 404: page cannot be found.
URL: http://<host_name>:/businessobjects/enterprise115/admin/redirect.csp".
