1198905 - Unable to log on using Internet Information Services, Tomcat, Active Directory, and Trusted Authentication

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, configuring Information Services (IIS), Tomcat, Active Directory, and Trusted Authentication appears to occur correctly.

However, in InfoView Single Sign On does not happen as expected. Instead, redirection to the InfoView logon page takes place.

Investigation into all the Trusted Authentication pieces shows nothing missing. No error messages are noted in Tomcat's stdout.log. The test.jsp file shows the following:

"TrustedAuthEnvCheck::Full Username from getRemoteUser(): >>><<<".
