Symptom
You have an Access database residing on a shared network folder. You have mapped the shared network folder to a mapped drive on the BusinessObjects Enterprise server and created a Crystal report in Designer (using an Access DAO connection) off the Access database.
The report runs fine in Crystal Reports Designer but after saving the report to Enterprise, the following error message appears:
"The report is failing due to invalid logon parameters"
You have changed the report in report designer to use a UNC path
instead of a mapped drive, but the issue still exists.
