SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When trying to open a document in Desktop Intelligence, the following error message appears and the application terminates:
"Unhandled Exception" with Code "c0000005', Description "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION"
Desktop Intelligence works fine when it is run from the Administrator account. When logged in as another user, even if they are also an administrator, the behavior occurs.
