1199064 - Scheduling to Inbox does not display the user Full name like when sending to an Inbox in Business Objects XI Release 2

Symptom

  • When sending a report to user's Inbox, only the Account Name (userID) of the users shows up in Send To list.
  • Scheduling from InfoView to Inbox, only the user log on screen appears
  • Central Management Console (CMC) to Inbox, only the user log on screen appears.
