1199109 - The 'Number of Rows in Table' feature in Universe Designer resets to zero when manually set to a value greater than 2,147,483,647

Symptom

In the Universe Designer there is a feature called Modify manually tables row count. This allows you to modify the row count for either selected tables or all the tables in the Structure pane. You enter the new value in the text box beside the option. This option is used for optimizing queries.

When using the Number of Rows in Table feature and manually setting the value to something greater than 2,147,483,647 the value gets reset to zero (0) whether or not there really are that many records in the table in the database.
