1199368 - Error: "NullPointerException" returned by the Scheduling property's Status property

Symptom

A Java or .NET application uses the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 BIPlatform Web Services Consumer SDK to determine the schedule status of an InfoObject, for example for a Crystal Report, Web or Desktop Intelligence Document, Publication or Program Object.

The Status property for the Scheduling property for the InfoObject (InfoObject.SchedulingInfo.Status enum for .NET or InfoObject.getSchedulingInfo().getStatus() int for Java) unexpectedly returns a "NullPointerException" error or an incorrect value.
