When opening a subreport and clicking Print, the following error message appears:
"Crystal Reports has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Cause
This is a known issue with Crystal Reports XI. This issue has
been assigned Track ID ADAPT00293454.
Resolution
